What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, and your answers about your business. If you become a client we also hold the material needed to run your service (policies, price lists, customer lists you provide, call/chat transcripts your setup produces).
How we use it
To reply to you, run the services you hired us for, send you operational email about your account, and improve our work. We do not sell your data. Client customer lists are used only for that client's own campaigns and are never shared with anyone else.
Email you receive
Marketing-style email we send — including campaigns we send on a client's behalf to their own past customers — always includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored immediately.
Who processes it
We use vetted processors to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and conversational AI (Voiceflow). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
Email us at support@entrancedesk.com to access, correct, or delete your data. If you're a customer of one of our clients, contact that business — we act on their instructions and will help them honor your request.
